Residential Car Park

The developer for this residential block of flats required 14 parking spaces and a planted outdoor recreational area to be fit into a relatively small, awkward space. Two of the car parking spaces were permitted to be double parked. We achieved this by carefully considering the angles of the space and breaking the recreational area up into two plots, providing more privacy for social parties who may want to socialise separately.
